Santeri Lahdelma<\/strong> on nimitetty KeyStaffin <\/strong>Santeri Lahdelma has been appointed CEO of KeyStaff as of 6 October 2025. Santeri has previously served as the company\u2019s Chief Operating Officer. The appointment is a natural continuation of Santeri\u2019s strong contribution to KeyStaff\u2019s growth and culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Santeri\u2019s leadership philosophy is rooted in his studies in management at the University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4. He sees himself first and foremost as an enabler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In his free time, Santeri focuses on his family, his infant daughter, and his Australian Shepherd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
